The Diablo HID is designed specifically for aggresive night-time trail riding by combining amazing distance projection with wide peripheral spread and a smooth light pattern. No glaring hot-spots or dead-spots. Weighing in at only 2.5lbs for electric-start bikes and 3.75lbs for kickstart bikes, the Diablo is even lighter than many factory & other aftermarket headlights. Almost all OEM plastic colors including black and white are available. Diablos for kickstart bikes include a small NiCad battery & rectifier/regulator pre-mounted and wired with the HID electronics behind the headlight.

If you enjoy night riding as much as we do, you'll love the Tecate HID Headlight. Like the Diablo Headlight, the Tecate Headlight is set up with a super bright HID bulb in its main lens. The Tecate also incorporates a Halogen MR-16 bulb mounted directly above the main lens which fills in the dark area immediately around the front wheel. The result is a truly amazing light pattern that allows you to trail ride as fast and aggresively at night as you do during the day. The Tecate light attaches directly to the fork tubes using rubberized clamps. Note that because stator output varies greatly between bikes, the Tecate is available with three different MR-16 wattages. To effectively run a Tecate light with a 35w MR-16, the bike's stator output must be sufficient to charge a battery with a total draw of 75w at a reasonable riding RPM.
