HID System Notes - Important Please Read: HID requires a DC charging system (rectifier/regulator & battery) and a stator capable of at least 100W to function properly. If you're not sure of your bike's stator output, please contact us prior to ordering. We must know the year, make, & model of bike the light will be going on when ordering. For stock kick-start only bikes, order part #B-61-0010. The light will come set up with a compact, pre-wired charging system mounted on the frame. For a true bolt-on plug-in kit you will need the wiring & harness kit (#B-61-1049). This will come with the necessary harness and handlebar switch complete with stator and taillight connections. For kick-start only bikes with a Baja Designs Dual Sport Kit previously installed (except quick-release & EZ mount kits), order part #B-61-0011. The charging system & switch originally included with the Dual Sport Kit can be utilized. No separate switch & wiring kit is required. For electric-start bikes, order part #B-61-0011. Some electric-start bikes require the stator to be modified or rewound as well as the addition of a new rectifier/regulator to run HID. View the Illumination Information which includes most popular electric-start models. If your bike requires a new rectifier/regulator please order part #B-12-2004 with your racelight and the correct rectifier/regulator for your bike will be included (please provide year/make/model of bike.) Detailed stator modification instructions & hardware is included for all bikes that require a stator modification to run HID. Halogen System Notes - Important Please Read: The Halogen Racelight (part #B-61-0005) can be run on either AC directly from a stator or DC from a charging system. The bulb size (wattage) we supply in the racelight is determined by your motorcycle's stator output. If you're not sure of your bike's stator output refer to the Stator Application Chart. We must know the year, make, & model of bike the light will be going on when ordering. Kick-start only bikes that did not come stock with factory lighting will need to purchase a Wired AC Regulator (part #B-12-2008) in addition to the racelight (part #B-61-0005.) These lights do not come pre-wired with switching. However, you may purchase the harness and switch kit (#B-61-1049 $39.95) for a true bolt-on plug-in installation. Kick-start only bikes that came stock with factory lighting can typically utilize the factory AC regulator, switch, and wiring. No separate switch & wiring kit is required. The light will run off of the stock harness. Electric-start bikes do not require a separate AC regulator however, because stator outputs vary greatly from bike to bike, we highly recommend contacting us to confirm this product is right for your bike prior to ordering.

Dual 4” Fuego (available in HID and Halogen)


The Soltek division is proud to introduce the next generation in high performance lighting for motorcycles. Available in both HID and Halogen versions, the Fuego kit is a true bolt-on, plug-in race quality lighting system. At only 7 lbs, The Fuego kit attaches to any size fork tubes using rubberized clamps and powdercoated brackets. No fabrication is necessary. The provided wiring harness easily installs within minutes. Detailed installation instructions are included. Our provided handlebar mounted thumb switch gives you the option to run with both lamps turned off, with one lamp on, or with both lamps on. * NiMH Vehicle Mount Battery is most useful for DC conversions. Similar to the helmet light battery packs, but mounts to the bike and is recharged by the bike’s electrical system. 3700 mAh, 12V. * Mounting bag: Mounts battery to flat surface. Bag is compatible with 7800-LI (Li-ION helmet light battery) or 040-BATT3.7 (NiMH vehicle battery.) Mount batteries very solidly to vehicle body plastic (such as the rear fender or air box.) The black plastic plate bolts to the vehicle plastic (the plate will flex to allow for uneven surface mounting such as a fender.) The bag will Velcro to the plate, and then finally be held tightly by the cinch belt. Batteries can be inserted into the bag via the zipper opening at the bottom of the bag.
